Every Monday – Thursday during Daylight Savings Time, we ride from Basil Griffin Park starting at 5:30p.m. CDT. The distance and pace varies depending on available daylight and rider preference. Typical evening rides are 25-35 miles in length.
Meet in the parking area by the Ampitheatre at the Smallhouse Road Entrance.

Keith Mueller, with the assistance of crash dummies Larry and Vince, stood in front of Kristin Denney’s kindergarten class.
“When you hear the click, you know you’re safe,” said the Kentucky Department of Transportation District 3 superintendent. “Safety belts save lives, and it’s the law now to buckle up.”
In the gym at Richardsville Elementary School, 16 vendors waited as groups of students filtered in during the school’s annual Health and Safety Fair.
From returning vendors, like Warren County Public Schools Food Service and Nutrition Department, to new vendors, like the Bowling Green League of Bicyclists, students got a first hand look at ways to stay safe and healthy. (more…)

The first meeting of the Bicycle-Friendly Community initiative is next Tuesday! This will be a “strategy session” to help shape the effort to make Bowling Green/Warren County a more bike-friendly place.

Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you can’t see your bike buddies. Come on out and socialize at the Coffee Social. Just bring yourself. BGLOB will buy the coffee.
February’s Coffee Social will be at Bluegrass Coffee Cafe, located on Hwy 31W in front of Big Lots.
Note: the date was moved from Feb 4 to 11 due to the Super Bowl. Gotta watch those commercials!
